A traditional ruler in Osun State, Oba Lukman Fadipe, the Owa of Otan-Ayegbaju, has commended President Bola Tinubu, for appointing Dr. Segun Aina as Director-General, Academic Staff College of Nigeria.
The monarch in a statement made available to our Correspondent on Saturday, said the appointment of Aina further testified to the commitment of the president towards inclusive and participatory government.
He noted that the administration of Tinubu has been committed to youth development as exemplified in some of his appointments, saying that appointment of Aina shows that the president if a promoter of youth.
Similarly, the President of Otan-Ayegbaju Progressive Union (OAPU), Alh. Abdulhakeem Mosebolatan, appreciated the president for considering the appointment of Aina to the academic staff college.

He expressed optimism that Aina would not disappoint the youth, saying that his past records, particularly, his contributions to his community, pointed to his capacity to perform satisfactory in the new assignment.
“We have no doubt that the appointment of Dr Segun Aina is a round peg in a round hole. He has demonstrated to be a responsible person with his past records and contributions to his community.
“The president has further showed that his belief in the youth is not a deceit as inclusion of youths in the appointments made so far, testified to his commitment and inclusive government,” Oba Fadipe said.
