Former Governor of Oyo State, Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala cast his vote at ward 10, Unit 13, Sabi Taara, Ogbomoso North Local Government.
The Governor, alongside his wife, Kemi and son Olamiju voted at theit pollingunit at about 8:20 am.
Otunba Alao-Akala described the exercise as peaceful noting that the people of Ogbomoso do not fight because of politics.
He lauded the INEC for timely arival of the electoral officials and voting materials.
It would be recalled that Alao Akala rejoined APC barely two weeks ago.
