Osun electorate have been urged to vote for all the candidates of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) during the Saturday’s House of Assembly elections.
The appeal was made by the chairman of the party, Dr. Tosin Odeyemi in a release personally signed by him.
Odeyemi noted that the assembly election is very crucial for the betterment and progress of Osun state, hence, the need for competent people that can facilitate robust engagement in the house.
His words “It is very dangerous to have a party dominating the assembly because they would eventually become a rubber stamp for the sitting governor, rather, Osun assembly must be a place for cross-fertilization of ideas.
“I want to appeal to our people to go out enmass tomorrow and vote for all our candidates. Legislative arm is very crucial for our state at this period, we can’t afford to have a dormant assembly members in the comity of states”
