Ahead of the July 16 2022 Governorship Election in Osun State, the National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, senator Iyiola Omisore has urged the people of Ile-Ife to vote for governor Adegboyega Oyetola for second term in office to continue enjoying dividend of democracy in Ifeland. Speaking at a flag-off campaign of the re-election of the governor Adegboyega Oyetola held in Ile-Ife, Omisore said Ile-Ife would benefit more than expected if electing Oyetola for second term in office. According to him, Oyetola has done well in his first term and would continue to take the state to its enviable height. The governor has done well in Ile Ife in terms of infrastructural development and other areas of the economy. "Go to your polling unit on the day of election and vote for APC. We are one party and there is no division in APC, we are one in Ile-Ife. Vote Oyetola for continuity. The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi has given us royal blessing and told us to go ahead. Commemce house to house, unit to unit and ward to ward campaign". He urged all aspirants on the platform of the APC to start mobilizing for the re-election of the governor for second term.
