Osun state chapter of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has described as shocking, the death of Owa Obokun Adimula, Oba (Dr) Gabriel Adekunle Aromolaran 11.
Oba Aromolaran’s death was confirmed by Asiwaju of Ijesaland, Chief Olayinka Fasuyi, on Thursday, September 12, 2024.
In a condolence message by Osun NNPP Chairman, Dr. Tosin Odeyemi, he extolled the exemplary life spent by Oba Aromolaran.
According to Odeyemi, “I received with rude shock the news of the demise of our great monarch, Oba (Dr) Gabriel Adekunle Aromolaran 11.
“Baba was an encyclopedia of history, a firm and dedicated leader who worked towards the progress of his domain.
“A renowned scholar who authored many inspiring books. His 42 years reign in Ijesaland witnessed so many developmental projects.

“He would surely be missed by sons and daughters of Ijesaland. At Osun NNPP, we condole with Ijesas home and abroad, people of Osun state and Nigeria as a whole.
