The convener of Agbajowo Peoples Assembly, Comrade Ibrahim Olayinka, has lauded workers in Osun and Nigerian at large for their unwavering commitment and resilience towards the growth and development of the country.
Olayinka in a statement he personally signed, said the contributions of workers towards the economy of the country cannot be overemphasized.
He appealed to governments at all levels to ensure that workers’ rights are protected and that they are fairly compensated for their labour.
He said, “I want to congratulate all workers in Osun State and Nigeria on this year’s workers day. Your invaluable contribution to the development of our country cannot be overemphasized.

“As we celebrate this day, I want to appeal to government at all levels to take the welfare of workers as a priority. They are giving their best and the country must not fail them.
