A-27-year-old man, Nurudeen Tijani was on Tuesday arraigned before a magistrate Court sitting in Osogbo for stealing a generating set and mechanical tools.
The accused who was arraigned before magistrate, Modupe Awodele was charged on threecounts bordering on stealing.
Tijani was said to have committed felony by breaking and entering into the shop of one Gafar Bello and stole Tiger generator valued N22,000.
He was also said to have stolen mechanical tools valued N20,000, property of one Amusat Lukman.
According to the details of the charges,the offence was committed around obalende area,Osogbo on October 20,2019.
The offence was said to be contrary and punishable under section 413,390(9),390(9) of the criminal code cap 34 voll 11 laws of osun state of Nigeria 2002.
The accused who doesn’t have a legal representation pleaded guilty when the charges were read to him.
The prosecutor,Olayiwola Razak while presenting the fact of the case said the exhibit stolen had been recovered.
The magistrate,Modupe A. Awodele in her ruling remanded the accused in Nigeria correctional facility pending the date of adjournment.
The case adjourned to November 11, 2019.
