A 22-year-old man,Raji Musliu was on Monday arraigned before a magistrate court sitting in Osogbo for stealing.
Musliu was said to have stolen one Red Bajaj Boxer Motorcycle valued at #245,000, property of one Bello Nasiru.
According to the charge, the offence was committed on May 12,2019 at Oke-baale Area, Osogbo.
The offence was contrary and punishable under sections 516 and 390(9) of the criminal code cap 34 vol 2 laws of Osun State of Nigeria 2002.
The accused who was arraigned on 2-count bothering on conspiracy and stealing pleaded not guilty.
The Defence Counsel,Mrs Praise Ofoyeje applied for bail in the most liberal terms.
The Prosecutor, Inspector Olayiwola Rasaq did not object the bail application.
Magistrate Risikat Olayemi in her ruling granted the accused bail in the sum of #100,000 and One surety in like sum.
The case was adjourned till November 6,2019 for hearing.
