FLASH: Ajagunbade Emir Remanded In Ife Prison
A notorious thug in Osun State, Oyeyemi Olalekan popularly called Emir was on Thursday remanded in Ife Correctional Centre by a Federal High Court sitting in Osogbo for alleged murder.
Emir an aid to the state governor is facing charges bordering on murder, kidnapping and armed robbery.
He is to be re-arraigned on March 5 for continuation of his case.
Emir was arrested by the Anti-Kidnapping Unit of the Osun State Police command last year September.
Following his arrest, he was swiftly transferred to the Force Headquarters in Abuja.
The Command had issued a wanted notice for Olalekan on July 2, 2022, on charges of murder, cultism, and armed robbery.
