The candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for Boripe/Boluwaduro state constituency, Popoola Simon Olufemi, have been declared winner of the assembly seat.
This was as the incumbent speaker of the house, Hon. Timothy Owoeye, loose his bid to return to the house for the 5th time.
Olufemi polled 15,594 to defeat Aina Abayomi Adesina of the PDP who scored 14,817.
