Authorities at the International School University of Ibadan on Tuesday confirmed receipt of court summons over Hijab crisis which has engulfed the 55-year old secondary school in the past four weeks.
The Chairman Board of Governors of the school, Professor Adeyinka Aderinto gave the confirmation in Ibadan.

Professor Aderinto who is also the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic promised not to make further comment on the issue since the matter is now in now in Court.
Professor Aderinto maintained that the International School, Ibadan is a law abiding institution and believes in the Judiciary in resolving issues.
Some parents had dragged ISI before an Ibadan State high court for the enforcement of the right of their female children to wear hijab in ISI which the school maintained is against her dress code.
The case has been slated for mention on December 21 before Justice Ladiran Akintola.
