The speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Olakunle Oluomo has been impeached over gross misconduct.
Eighteen out of 26 members of the State House of Assembly on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, impeached the Speaker.
Hon Oludaisi Elemide, was subsequently named as the new speaker.
