The Federal Capital Territory High Court has granted the request of a former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele, to travel out of Abuja.
He was however told by the court to remain in the country.
Recalled that Emefiele was restricted to the FCT in his bail condition.
However, Emefiele, through his lawyer, Mathew Bukka, requested for a variation of the terms.
